Craig S. Meddin, COO (US Postal Solutions, Inc) has been elected Co-President for a two-year term of the 38 year old Central Orlando Kiwanis Club, beginning this October. The club maintains a membership base of local business professionals, retirees, honored U.S. War Heroes & Veterans and U.S. Congressman John Mica (Chairman, House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee).
Meddin will begin his Presidency beginning October 1st, for a two-year term. Central Orlando Kiwanis Club raises money for donation to help the children of world. Local projects include donation of Radio-Flyer wagons for children at Arnold Palmer Children Hospital, Spinoza Bears for terminally ill children (whose parents cannot sit bedside with them), volunteer reading to children, assisting with the Down Syndrome Association Buddy Walk and Aktion Club, scholarships for education, football & other events, an annual donation of 700+ holiday gifts for children of migrant workers plus many more local civic projects.
Meddin looks forward to presiding over the club as it crosses into it’s 4th decade of sponsoring local programming and assisting children throughout Central Florida. The Central Orlando Kiwanis Club meets weekly at the First Presbyterian Church in Downtown Orlando, Florida (Tuesday mornings at 7:30am).
