The University of Alabama (UA) does not plan to renew the U.S. Postal Service’s lease in the Ferguson Center (student center), forcing the USPS to leave the campus at the end of the next school year, expiring February 2013. UA plans to continue to offer a mail distribution center on campus, final details/information remain uncertain.
UA has extended the Postal Service’s lease until May 2013, while a program to distribute mail is formalized.
