Craig S. Meddin, President and CEO

Craig Meddin joined the Postal Solutions team in 2000 as a college junior while attending the University of Florida and has served as Manager, Vice President of Sales and Service, and Chief Operating Officer.
While serving in his previous positions, Craig oversaw the increase in service to 35,000+ residents, the creation of online and web enabled smartphone changes-of-address and delivery concern capabilities, the addition of various staff members & management personnel and the expansion of service into 11 US States. Through his experience and professional relationships, Craig has repeatedly been appointed to the National Apartment Association Student Housing Task Force, earned his National Apartment Association Education Institute Certified Apartment Supplier and Advanced Instructor Trainer Designations, won as Supplier of the Year (Apartment Association of Greater Orlando – 2008) and has been a Preferred Vendor and Product Service Council Member of the Florida Apartment Association since 2001.
Craig lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife Anna E. Meddin, Esquire. Both Craig and Anna are active members of Kiwanis International. Craig is currently serving his second term as President of the Central Orlando Kiwanis Club (founded 1972).

Scott A. Pope, Director of Operations and Development

Scott A. Pope had a 21-year long career with the United States Postal Service and joined Postal Solutions in June 2009. He began his career as a Letter Carrier and quickly entered the management world. Scott was awarded such positions as Supervisor Customer Service, Manager Customer Service and Postmaster EAS-22. He routinely served as a mentor and trainer for new EAS employees. Scott had the pleasure of developing no fewer than 14 employees in a formal setting, all of which were promoted to higher positions under his tutelage. Scott also served on promotion review boards where he frequently served as the Chairperson.
As Postmaster, Scott maintained a management staff of eight individuals in various capacities that controlled 150+ employees, 88 vehicles, 40,000 deliveries across four zip codes and three separate facilities. Scott’s tenure as Postmaster was filled with success and he was fortunate enough to be highly decorated for the sustained performance demonstrated by his team from 2002 to 2008. He received two Area Vice President Awards for performance demonstrated in a level 22 environment (FY02 and FY05).
Scott is married and a proud father of three children. All three children serve/have-served in multiple branches of our nations military, including the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. Scott is based in the metro Atlanta area.

Howard Hendryx, National Business Development Manager
Howard has over 28-years in communications sales (including off-campus collegiate housing), as well as sales experience in a variety of other areas. He has lived in Orlando most of his life and worked with companies throughout the Southeastern United States and has a B.A. in Business from Jacksonville University (Jacksonville, Florida).
Howard comes to US Postal Solutions as a salesperson that just can’t stay retired, living by the mantra, “you can only fish and go to the beach for so long!” In his free time, Howard and his wife enjoy their grandchildren, camping with family, and University of Central Florida sports; although Howard remains an avid University of Florida fan. He is active in his local Kiwanis Club (Kiwanis International) where helps in the betterment of children in the Orlando area and around the globe.

Gloria J. Redmond, Executive Assistant
Gloria is a skilled Executive Assistant with a reputation for maintaining and processing projects in a highly organized, efficient and precise manner. She has strong client relationship skills and prides herself on her New Jersey heritage.
Gloria has a background in legal administration, client relationships, training, writing, print management, product management and advanced special projects (business).
Gloria role at US Postal Solutions comes as a second career. She previously retired after 18-years with Lucent Technologies in Holmdel, New Jersey. Gloria holds an A.A. in Business from Brookdale Community College and Certificate in Paralegal from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies.
