Craig S. Meddin, President and CEO
Craig Meddin joined the Postal Solutions team in 2000 as a college junior while attending the University of Florida and has served as Manager, Vice President of Sales and Service, and Chief Operating Officer.
While serving in his previous positions, Craig oversaw the increase in service to from 600 to 35,000+ recipients, creation of online and web enabled smartphone changes-of-address and delivery concern capabilities, addition of staff members & management, and expansion into 10 additional U.S. States. Craig has repeatedly been appointed to the National Apartment Association Student Housing Task Force, earned the National Apartment Association Education Institute Certified Apartment Supplier and Advanced Instructor Trainer Designations, won as Supplier of the Year (Apartment Association of Greater Orlando) and has been a Preferred Vendor and Product Service Council Member of the Florida Apartment Association since 2001.
As President and CEO, Craig has added to The US Postal Solutions companies by bringing his PackageLog vision to life. PackageLog(TM) is enterprise SaaS software for inbound logging, notification and package management.
Craig lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife Anna E. Meddin, Esquire. Both Craig and Anna are active members of Kiwanis International. Craig is recently completed his second term as President of the Central Orlando Kiwanis Club (founded 1972) and is active in several local civic groups and charities. Scott A. Pope, Director of Operations
Scott A. Pope had a 21-year long career with the United States Postal Service and joined Postal Solutions in July 2009. He began his career as a Letter Carrier and quickly entered the management world. Scott was awarded such positions as Supervisor Customer Service, Manager Customer Service and Postmaster EAS-22. He routinely served as a mentor and trainer for new EAS employees. Scott had the pleasure of developing no fewer than 14 employees in a formal setting, all of which were promoted to higher positions under his tutelage. Scott also served on promotion review boards where he frequently served as the Chairperson.
As Postmaster, Scott maintained a management staff of eight individuals in various capacities that controlled 150+ employees, 88 vehicles, 40,000 deliveries across four zip codes and three separate facilities. Scott’s tenure as Postmaster was filled with success and he was fortunate enough to be highly decorated for the sustained performance demonstrated by his team from 2002 to 2008. He received two Area Vice President Awards for performance demonstrated in a level 22 environment (FY02 and FY05).
Scott is married and a proud father of three children. All three children serve/have-served in multiple branches of our nation’s military, including the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. Scott is based in the metro Atlanta area.

Gustavo D. Ortiz, Marketing & Social Media Manager
As a producer and manager in the Arts and self-proclaimed “Creative Arts Engineer”, Gustavo has produced concerts, plays, film, workshops, and camps and has played pivotal roles in developing programming and building awareness for artists, Arts organizations, and entrepreneurial businesses alike. In 2006, he worked with the City of Miami Lakes and led his team to design and build the Main Street Playhouse creating programming, development workshops, and an Art gallery, while making this little theater a recognized staple of Main Street, Miami Lakes – still active today. More recently, he developed the Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center as an established arts facility in the City of Hollywood. Gustavo brought substantial revenues and recognition to the space while managing the property at the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood.
As an independent consultant, Gustavo has developed informational and e-commerce websites, operational procedures, non-profit board governance, managed grants and fundraising operations, and general business & marketing development for a variety of companies and Artist.
Gustavo lives in the Greater Orlando Area with his family, and as a new addition to the Postal Solutions team, bringing with him, 15-years of creative experience in the Arts and Entertainment Industry.

Donna L. McCall, Customer Service
Donna hails from SW Florida and moved to Georgia in January 1994 and throughout the mid-1990s worked for the United States Postal Service in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Donna has enjoyed being a part of the US Postal Solutions companies since August 2010, as a contract Mail Manager in Marietta and Atlanta, Georgia. Donna strives to have success in all areas, including excellence in customer service for US Postal Solutions’ clients, residents and fellow Mail Managers.

Samantha L. Shane, Event and Client Services
Sam has been chosen for this role with US Postal Solutions mainly because you can hear her smile and enthusiasm right through the phone. Sam has her AA degree from Valencia College with a concentration in Hospitality Management. She is in her senior year at UCF seeking a bachelor’s degree in Event Management. Her local experience in the field includes two years of customer relations at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and supervisory positions at Bacchus Bash.
In Summer 2012 she had a three month internship at Essilor of America in Dallas, TX working in their Corporate Events department. She worked on trade shows, workshops, and regional meetings ending the Summer on a high note after completely overseeing a booth at an FBI trade show and winning them over as a new account.
Sam has also interned with Disson Skating as a Production Assistant for three nationally televised ice skating shows. These travel across the U.S. afforded her exposure to the entertainment industry while following through with scheduling, transportation, stage set-up and crew.
This native Floridian is a warm welcome to the US Postal Solutions team.
