Orlando, FL – US Postal Solutions, Inc – The Student Mail Delivery Management Experts – has promoted Craig S. Meddin to President and CEO. Meddin joined Postal Solutions in 2000 as a college junior while attending the University of Florida and has served as Manager, Vice President of Sales and Service, and Chief Operating Officer over the past 11.5 years.
While serving in his previous positions, Mr. Meddin has overseen the increase in service to over 30,000 residents daily, the creation of online and web enabled smartphone changes-of-address and delivery concern capabilities, the addition of various staff members & management personnel and the expansion of service into 11 US States. Through his experience and professional relationships, Meddin has repeatedly been appointed to the National Apartment Association Student Housing Task Force, earned his National Apartment Association Education Institute Certified Apartment Supplier and Advanced Instructor Trainer Designations, won as Supplier of the Year (Apartment Association of Greater Orlando – 2008) and has been a Preferred Vendor and Product Service Council Member of the Florida Apartment Association since 2001.
When promoted to COO in 2008, Mr. Meddin hired Scott A. Pope, USPS Postmaster – Retired, as the company’s Director of Operations to oversee staff and customer service, filling one of Meddin’s previous roles within the company. Mr. Pope has continued to be a valuable asset to the US Postal Solutions organization.
Mr. Meddin looks forward to the addition of new off/on-campus clients nationwide, additional management staff and other planned programming/development advancements.

Recently, US Postal Solutions designed, printed and implemented a new custom 2″ x 2″ square sticker that included both instructions and a QR code to aid residents in reaching the US Postal Solutions 24/7/365 customer service department by mobile device. The sticker will be used on all outgoing mailboxes currently serviced by US Postal Solutions. As the use of QR codes is gaining attention worldwide, so too has the company’s new sticker/program.
