US Postal Solutions begins second decade of Collegiate Mail Services

Service began in Gainesville, Florida in August 2000, with mail management services at two off-campus student housing locations (both in phase 1) totaling 600-beds. Postal Solutions now services approx 35,000 mail recipients daily in 10 states at on- and off-campus locations (and near several military bases).
Postal Solutions offers clients daily mail management services, 24/7/365 toll-free, live-operator, customer service, an online resident portal, high levels of insurances and a long history of superior service. Mazza GrandMarc is a 627-bed property scheduled to open in August 2010 located near the University of Maryland. The new websites will be used to highlight the company’s on-campus collegiate mail services and the benefits of outsourcing on-campus mail.
The Postal Solutions Collegiate Mail Services program will allow institutions the option to outsource their campus mail room management responsibilities. In addition to the Residence Hall Mail Management Services program, Postal Solutions will lead the way in national campus mail management services.
